Temporary project collaborations require a flexible office layout. Frequently, outside consultants have to be accommodated among regular staff.

An invisible and sophisticated system of high-tech cables functions in ever-changing situations. Interior space adapts through strict and clever zoning. Along exterior walls with horizontal ribbon windows booths provide privacy for concentrated work. Uniform and therefore interchangeable. Open office space for working together in teams is grouped around the glass curtain walls facing the interior courts. The middle zone contains all service areas and conference rooms.

Space, materials and colours support the division into distinct office environments. Open and light at the periphery, more subdued in atmosphere and colour in the middle. On every floor there is a service unit with pantry, mail boxes, lockers and cloakroom. Each unit has its own striking colour, contrasting with the natural hues of floors and walls.
