Mozartflat Doorwerth
The Mozart apartments are located above the local shopping centre in the centre of Doorwerth, in The Netherlands. The residents enjoy living there because all amenities are in the immediate vicinity, the houses are spacious and the wide view of the Veluwe is phenomenal. But the installations however, were not energy efficient and the appearance of the overall complex needed to be improved. In collaboration with Nijhuis Bouw, maintenance was carried out. The facades have been insulated, all gallery and balcony fences have been renewed, the installations have been replaced and solar panels are located on the roof to generate renewable energy. The upgrade of the entrance hall now welcomes visitors in a more inviting way. The project has been fully designed and executed within one year.
