On June 24, 2016 the new residents of De Boel, opened the roof garden with a party to welcome the new tenants and to give them an opportunity to get to know each other. The existing residential building on De Boelelaan has been converted for a target audience of young professionals (ages 25-35) and offers them attractive accessible apartments. The interest among potential tenants was huge and all properties were let prior to completion. At this moment, all homes are completed and inhabited.

The roof garden offers residents the opportunity to recreate in peace and privacy, or to have a party with the other inhabitants of the building. It is expected that this will be a well used area with a phenomenal view.
