Hans van Heeswijk Architects designs interior office Vesteda in De Boel.
Vesteda is the largest commercial residential property investor in the Netherlands. It has an investment portfolio of approximately 22,500 homes. The Vesteda offices at the locations SOM on the Zuidas Amsterdam and the Atlas building in Amsterdam Southeast are going to be joined together in building De Boel. Hans van Heeswijk Architects will design the interior for Vesteda. The new design will have a minimalistic loft-like look. De Boel is an existing residential / office building at the Boelelaan with 154 residential units and 3,000 sqm of office space, which was recently acquired by Vesteda. The upgrade of the whole building is also designed by Hans van Heeswijk Architects.
