Upgrading block of appartments Koningslaan Baarn.
Sometimes, a solution is surprisingly simple, with maximum result. A private owners association in Baarn was faced with unsellable homes due to a poor public housing appearance of the building, despite the apartments being spacious and beautifully located in a large communal garden. This appearance was mainly determined by the Trespa panelled fencing. By replacing them with custom designed panels with a floral pattern it suddenly gives the whole building complex a very attractive boost with the residents receiving many compliments.
