Renovation and Upgrading Mozartflat completed.
The Mozart apartments are located above the local shopping centre in the centre of Doorwerth, in The Netherlands. In collaboration with Nijhuis Bouw, maintenance was carried out. The facades have been insulated, all gallery and balcony fences have been renewed, the installations have been replaced and solar panels are located on the roof to generate renewable energy. The project has been fully designed and executed within one year.
