Flat Block Arthur van Schendelplein renovation, Delft
The Flat Block Arthur van Schendelplein in the city of Delft dates from 1969. This year the building is exactly 50 years old which is a good reason to modernize the flat block and give it a new contemporary look. The old entrance wil be replaced by a new glass pavilion with lots of daylight. The towering facade of the staircase will be upgraded with high-end anthracite facade panels. The two smal windows on each floor will be enlarged into a big panoramic window. On the 16th and 17th Floor a new skybox will be placed. This skybox is a beacon that makes the building recognizable. From the inside, residents can enjoy magnificent views over Delft and the green surroudings.
